Data we process
We process personal data that you actively submit via our contact / sample form (name, company, email, role, area of interest, application, message), as well as technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to deliver this website.
Purpose & legal basis
Processing takes place to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and—where you have consented—on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients / processors
To operate this site and send confirmation emails we use the following processors: Supabase (database and edge function hosting, EU region) and Brevo (email delivery). Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.
Retention
Requests are retained for as long as needed to handle them and to comply with statutory retention obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
Cookies
We only set strictly necessary cookies by default. Tracking or marketing cookies are only used after your explicit consent via the cookie banner; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
